VP, Customer Solutions Program Management

Reporting to the EVP, Customer Solutions Group (CSG), the VP Program Management is responsible for driving operational efficiency, by doing the right things and operational effectiveness by doing things right in a scalable, repeatable manner.  The role will focus on establishing and improving Customer facing and internal program & project methodologies driven by customer and program analytics. This role requires operational expertise, customer focus, understanding of cloud models, strategic thinking, transformational leadership, ability to manage complex projects, and the ability to work collaboratively with cross functional teams to drive customer satisfaction


What It Takes:

 

•    As critical member of the Customer Solutions Leadership team supports the long-term strategic roadmap for the organization focusing on driving growth; transformation & innovation.  
•    Oversee program direction including governance & reporting; prioritization; ROI
•    Turn direction into detailed program plans, coordinate execution and report progress against the key milestones and KPIs
•    Manage funding; capacity and resource planning model to optimize our workforce including partner management (Sub-Contracting for staff augmentation & specialized skills) 
•    Drive the adoption and implementation of customer facing project and program management methodologies across the function
•    Redefine our Consulting and PM skills through robust development plans 
•    Solidify communication standards during Customer Solutions engagement 
•    Partner cross functionally to formalize the Customer Journey resulting in clear accountabilities with stakeholders. 
•    Recommend customer driven expansion & retention programs; service led sales campaigns with a lens on Cloud growth 
•    Leverage project management tools and software advancements to maximize efficiencies  
•    Utilize predictive analytics to formulate strategic plans related to our install- base (part of Customer 360 view); customer base segmentation; customer satisfaction (CSG) NPS; Customer Success stories

 

What You Bring:

 

•    15+ years working in a global, high tech environment with significant experience in a matrix organization required
•    Strong project management skills with excellent negotiation skills and the ability to influence others
•    Demonstrated leadership skills with the ability to coordinate resources outside of direct management to support strategies and initiatives
•    Ability to communicate complete information (verbal and written) in a clear concise manner; creative thinker
•    Ability to work across multiple silos within the organization and lead cross functional teams to successful outcomes, including an ability to address complex situations into actionable plans
•    Strong organization skills; ability to balance and prioritize multiple projects in a fast paced environment
•    Ability to see and communicate the big picture across multiple projects
•    Identify and comprehend business changes quickly and communicate to executive/business sponsors
