Your Impact:
We are looking for a leader to help transform and elevate our global Cyber Enterprise Solutions Consulting (Pre-Sales) team.  Cyber Enterprise seeks to enable the digital transformation of our customers and provide solutions across the entire range of Cyber enterprise portfolios. Our team is provided with C-level access at some of the largest companies in the world and excels at selling security solutions that are sophisticated, secure, high-value, and cost-effective. Our Cyber platform consists of a comprehensive product suite including Application Security, Data Security and Data Privacy, Identity & Access Management and Security Operations. 

As Vice President, Cyber Enterprise Solutions Consulting (Pre-Sales), you will be play an integral leadership role in shaping the global presales team. You will partner closely with senior sales leaders to provide technical thought leadership and help build a consistent, repeatable presales model across all product portfolios.

 

What The Role Offers:

  • Leading the Enterprise Cybersecurity Pre-Sales organization for the US and Western European markets.  In this capacity, you will be responsible for developing and ensuring the highest level of technical readiness and competency in all selling opportunities.

 

  • Partnering with the Cyber Enterprise Sales leadership team to understand business goals, develop technical competency to support these goals and objectives and ensure the focus and management of the presales team in alignment with these goals.

 

  • Leveraging new and existing data sources to develop standardized processes, methodologies, ROI metrics and reporting for both operational and Sales Management use.  Ensure the performance and direction of the team are in line with corporate and regional revenue goals.

 

  • Mentoring and growing a team of diverse technical talent.  Ensure technical competency and readiness by sponsoring a comprehensive skills and career enablement program

 

  • Maintaining close working relationships with Sales Leaders, Product Marketing, Product Development, and other key stakeholders to ensure our complex and often customized solutions benefit both the customer and OpenText

 

  • Acting as a technical thought leader within the pre-sales organization and represent Cyber at external industry events

 

What You Need To Succeed:

  • Leadership DNA, proven ability to mentor and lead a global presales team
  • Equivalent of 15+ years of relevant Cyber Security experience in technical solution selling techniques and strategies
  • Collaborative, transformation, task ownership, and problem resolution skills       
  • Excellent presentation, communication, and time management skills
  • Ability to interact at Corporate Executive level
  • Ability to present to VP/C level audiences effectively
  • Selling skills, ability to listen, knows when to talk technology and when to talk business value
  • Bachelor's degree, advanced business degree from top school desired.
  • Ability to travel as required
