YOUR IMPACT:
Reporting to the Contracts Senior Manager, the Contracts Administrator plays an integral role in ensuring contract data accuracy. In this role, the successful candidate will bring great customer service, curiosity, problem-solving, and business partnership skills to work with the Reporting team, Sales, Billing, and other key stakeholders to ensure excellence during the review, analysis and capture of the contracts data. This contract data drives the internal and external renewal and cancellation rate metrics. You are also a great team player who thrives on continuous improvement. WHAT THE ROLE ENTAILS:

•    Upon completion of a new sale or renewal, a minimum set of contract data will flow into the internal contract repository tool. At that time, the incumbent will review the contract documentation and enter additional contract meta data into the contract repository, including linking the contract record to any related contract records.  In addition, the role entails:

•    Providing accurate interpretation of legal agreements of varying complexity

•    Classifying contracts based on type and content

•    Reviewing active contracts and validating the contracted fees compared to monthly revenue numbers

•    Identifying and supporting continuous improvement initiatives, including offering ideas for system and process enhancements to deliver on process automation goals

•    Effectively managing internal stakeholder inquiries on processes, internal controls, system functionality and policies

•    Working collaboratively with and responding to questions from Contract Administrators who are working both locally and remotely in various time zones

 
WHAT YOU NEED TO SUCCEED:

•    2+ years’ experience reviewing and interpreting legal agreements; preferably in the high-tech industry
•    Good working knowledge of billing systems and Microsoft products. 
•    Knowledge of SAP, Sales Force would be an advantage

•    Strong oral and written communication skills to present information logically and concisely
•    Demonstrated ability to embrace change and willingness to learn to ensure best practices are a way of life on the team
•    Multi-lingual (Portuguese; German, French or Japanese) skills would be considered an asset
