We are seeking an experienced finance leader who is a highly strategic financial business partner and brings strong financial acumen and leadership to ensure collective alignment on best path forward. As a key member of the FP&A leadership team, the person will support our worldwide Sales, partner closely with Sales leadership team and RevOps team, in making informed investment decisions, developing Budgets and Forecasts, providing Reporting and Analysis, and establishing Processes to drive financial accountabilities and transparency.
Responsibilities
- Support Sales leadership team and Partners & Alliances team with the right information and processes for spend management. Partner effectively with Revenue Operations to establish clear ownership and accountability for meeting targets.
- Lead financial planning, forecasting and close rhythms for Sales and RevOps teams, monitor and communicate financial results and estimates to functional leaders.
- Build strong rapport with Sales leaders around the world to continuously improve business processes for financial estimates, analysis, and metrics.
- Review detail work including headcount and expense forecasts. Understand and explain variance drivers within the functions supported.
- Providing day to day leadership for the team, including hiring, performance appraisals, goal setting and compensation reviews as well as leadership and coaching as needed
- Providing monthly/quarterly financial closing/estimates and communicating current financial results and estimates to functional leaders
- Identifying risks & opportunities during each quarter and working with functional leads to mitigate risks and capitalize on opportunities
Requirements
- 10+ years of proven strong team leadership experience.
- Experience working with Executive Management.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills at all levels within company.
- High tech software industry experience highly desired.
- Strong excel, financial and reporting system skills.
- Prior experience as key Finance Business Partner and Advisor to Sales.
- Minimum Bachelor’s Degree in Business, Finance, Accounting or Economics.
- Strong people manager with demonstrated cross functional team leadership.
- Collaborative, able to influence across teams, comfortable dealing with ambiguity.
- Capable of translating financial analysis into meaningful insights and actionable recommendations.
- Self starter, proactive, with ability to multi-task with attention to detail.
- Energetic and positive attitude.
