Director, Financial, Planning and Analysis
We are seeking an experienced finance leader who is a highly strategic financial business partner and brings strong financial acumen and leadership to ensure collective alignment on best path forward. As a key member of the FP&A leadership team, the person will support the CMO and SVP of Revenue Operations, partner closely with the CMO teams and the RevOps teams, in making informed investment decisions, developing Budgets and Forecasts, providing Reporting and Analysis, and establishing Processes to drive financial accountabilities and transparency.
WHAT YOU WILL DO
- Support the CMO and his leadership team with the right information and processes for spend management. Partner effectively with Marketing Leadership Team and Marketing Operations to establish clear ownership and accountability for meeting targets.
- Lead financial planning, forecasting and close rhythms for Marketing and RevOps teams, monitor and communicate financial results and estimates to functional leaders.
- Partner with functional leaders to create long range plans as well as short range forecasts, through evaluating and understanding of key functional drivers.
- Build strong rapport with Marketing and RevOps leaders to continuously improve business processes for financial estimates, analysis, and metrics.
- Review detail work including headcount and expense forecasts. Understand and explain variance drivers within the functions supported.
- Collaboratively evaluate risks and opportunities for business functions, as well as cost controls.
WHAT YOU BRING:
- Experience supporting Executive Management.
- 10+ years of proven strong team leadership experience.
- High tech software industry experience preferred.
- Understanding of Go To Market functions highly desirable.
- Prior experience as key Finance Business Partner and Advisor.
- Minimum Bachelor’s Degree in Business, Finance or Accounting.
- Strong people manager with demonstrated cross functional team leadership.
- Collaborative, able to influence across teams, comfortable dealing with ambiguity.
- Capable of translating financial analysis into meaningful insights and actionable recommendations.
- Self starter, proactive, with ability to multi-task with attention to detail.
- Energetic and positive attitude.
