Director, Revenue Operations

The Director, PMO is responsible for coordinating and driving the development and implementation of strategic initiatives that achieve tangile organization results for the overall Customer Operations function. The role is a key leader in organizational change management, innovative problem solving and empowering high performing teams by supporting the development of project excellence.
The role collaborates and receives direction from the senior leaders in the the Customer Operations function such as the EVP, SVP Technical Support, SVP Revenue Programs, etc. The successful candidate will also be required to work with other funcational project management offices and other corporate leaders including Engineering, Cloud Service Delivery, Sales and Finance to ensure high performance and to promote the alignment of intiatives toward achievement of strategic results.
RESPONSIBILITIES
- Work closely with the VP, Revenue Operations and EVP Customer Operations to support the strategic priorities for the overall OpenText Customer Operations organization.
- Turn direction into detailed program plans, coordinate execution and report progress against the key milestones and KPIs.
- Responsible for capturing, reviewing, summarizing and disseminating the key discussions that took place during the meetings, as well as tracking to completion the action items that were decided
- You will also support the VP, Revenue Operations and EVP Customer Operations by coordinating and preparing material and execution for a broad range of activities:
- Quarterly Business Reivews
- Executive Team Meetings
- Operational Reviews
- Strategic Planning
- Lead the long range strategic planning process, Project Management office (PMO)
- Proactively lead PMO delivery and approvals for multiple concurrent Project Managers, tracking completion of action items, resolving isues, mitigating risk while monitoring financial performance and projects
- Drives the adoption and implementation of project and program management methodologies across the function
- Accountable for on time delivery and budget delivery of projects
- Develop tools to support demand management and resource allocation processes
- Work with the EVP, Customer Operations and VP, Revenue Operations Customer Support to set and cascade organization goals by developing and deploying accountability mechanisms
- Interacts regularly with Senior Leaders and principal decision makers for initiative prioritization and execution.
- Works collaboratively with other functional leaders on projects within their areas
- High level monitoring of all project processes and operations for time and resource opportunities
REQUIREMENTS
- Minimum of 10 years working in a global, high tech environment
- Significant experience in a matrix organization required
- Strong understand of business fundamentals
