This is an opportunity to work in a lead role implementing key customers on our latest Business Network managed services offering.  The Lead Cloud Application Consultant is a hands-on role interfacing with customers and cross functional teams to provide best in class consulting, analysis, and map development for small to large B2B implementation projects. 


The Opportunity:


The Consultant performs as a subject matter expert to support OpenText Professional Services implementations.  They must have the ability to interpret business process requirements and produce technical specifications, project documentation and coordinate development activities with global development teams.  This is a customer facing role and requires excellent communications skills and the ability to manage priorities across multiple projects.  As the lead analyst on projects they will also provide overall leadership to analyst and mapping teams by setting priorities, technical direction and ensuring consistent quality deliverables and best practices are followed. 


You Are Great At:


  • Work cross-functionally to define implementation design and functional requirements definition
  • Provide consulting services to customer on mapping correlations based on EDI / Electronic Commerce best practices and ERP requirements
  • Provide leadership to mapping and analyst teams, mentor Jr. level personnel
  • Work on multiple complex projects
  • Working cross functionally with a diverse team to achieve high-quality implementations



What It Takes:


  • Proven analytical skills with the ability to solve complex problems
  • Eight years EDI / EC / B2B experience as an EDI business analyst
  • Excellent knowledge of one or more commercial translation products (i.e., Application Integrator, Contivo Analyst)
  • Knowledge of the interface of enterprise applications such as SAP or Oracle
  • Preferred: Proficient using OpenText analysis and mapping tools
  • Preferred: Experience with data mining, generating and utilizing data analytics to drive problem solving and decision making.
