Field Marketing Intern

  • Ensure that demand generation field marketing programs are running properly, and lead flow is continuing to improve conversions of INQ-MQL-SQL
  • Maintain view of pacing of MQL’s to ensure we are on track for lead queue volumes
  • Work cross functionally to track schedules and calendars for project teams
  • Support our workflow processes tracking projects via basecamp for both Campaign Setup and Creative Requests
  • Work with field marketing teams to curate content for monthly communication cadence with sales and account development
  • Manage Microsoft Teams site management for the FY23 FM AMER team



  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
  • Self-starter, willing to take initiative, well organized and able to connect project objectives with execution details
  • Positive attitude, and growth mindset to be curious about what works, what doesn’t and why
  • Able to build good cross functional relationship with a variety of teams
  • Thrives in a fast-paced work environment


This job required you to work from our Waterloo office 2-3 days per week. OpenText has a Flexible Work Policy in Canada. This requires employees to be located proximate to an OpenText office so that they can come into the office 2-3 days a week.
