The Opportunity: 

 

OpenText’s CIO IT Governance team is looking for a knowledge and experienced Lead Analyst to support the further build out of the team in IT Governance, Risk, Compliance, Disaster Recovery and Workers Council activities. The role will sit in the second line of defence. 

 

What You Are Great At:

 

  • Experience in managing workers council relationships and processes.
  • Minimum of 8 years of various experience and knowledge of IT Governance, Risk and Compliance processes and tools.
  • Experience in IT Audit/Assurance and SOX control testing, either as part of internal audit teams or consulting/Big4.
  • Experience in managing IT Disaster Recovery (Governance) activities.
  • Experience in developing, implementing, and managing new IT governance processes.
  • Experience in various IT risk analysis and assessments.
  • Ability to assess, prioritize and track remediation activities of issues from start to finish.
  • Ability to work across multiple silos within the organization, manage relationships with senior stakeholders to successful outcomes and an ability to address complex situations into actionable plans.

Desired Skills:

 

  • Undergraduate/Graduate degree in Management Information Systems, Business, or other relevant degree
  • Internationally recognized certifications such as CISA, CISM/CISSP, CRISC or similar
