The Opportunity:
OpenText Life Sciences organization is looking for a Life Sciences Lead Product Manager to lead the next generation cloud services of the Life Sciences applications. This role is responsible for leading the definition and delivery of the Regulatory Affairs content management solution across a complete lifecycle, owning the roadmap, delivery, and go to market.

You will be working with a team of Product Managers with pharmaceutical industry experience, and a very experienced team of Engineers. This role will require a strong understanding of Life Sciences industry challenges, pharmaceutical industry computer systems validation process, and hands on experience with Regulatory Content authoring and submission process.


You are great at:

  • Understanding the Life Sciences market and with a curiosity to influence the industry shift and future, monitoring the industry innovations and incorporating into the roadmap
  • Bringing new ideas to the development teams and helping them understand the direction of the product
  • Evangelization the ideas, products and services to marketing and sales teams
  • Maintaining the product roadmap and represent it internally and externally
  • Writing, reviewing, and prioritizing Regulatory content management requirements and use cases
  • Working in an agile manner and delivering on the roadmap with high quality and performance
  • Working with product managers and architects to define the work required for each product feature and ensure each release cycle is appropriately managed


What it takes:

The successful candidate will be passionate about customer success, business-oriented, has can-do attitude and a team player who is good at problem solving.


Qualifications you must have:

  • Deep knowledge of and experience in regulatory documents and their lifecycle management within the pharma industry
  • 7+ years of Life Sciences industry, Regulatory Affairs experience working in pharmaceutical companies is a must
  • Bachelor's degree with 9+ years of experience with good Product Management and customer facing experience
