The Opportunity: 

 

The Lead Revenue Operations Analyst is responsible for managing programs that improve operational efficiency within the Cloud organization. You will collaborate to influence and champion change which will drive new ways of doing business and provide enhancements to operational efficiency.

The ideal incumbent will leverage historical experience managing multiple, large scale projects simultaneously from initiation through execution and control procedures. The ideal candidate is an articulate, self-managed problem solver who can multi-task under dynamic timelines. You should be adept at overseeing cross-functional teams without direct lines of authority. You will identify tasks, determine dependencies, collaborate on assigning resources, communicate expectations to team members, obtain task effort and duration estimates from team members, and create/track the project schedule. You will regularly report on the progress of multiple initiatives, and identify areas of risk or slowdown, proposing methods to resolve or mitigate while communicating these challenges to leadership.

The ideal candidate will also have business analysis experience, with the ability to review and interpret large volumes of data. Using judgement and experience, the incumbent will leverage insights from this analysis to develop and design solutions for moderately complex processes and propose workstreams to implement. In this way, the incumbent will be a self-starter, forging their own path and building their own future work streams.

The incumbent will also be responsible for primary KPIs across the Cloud organization. From Prospect to Renewal, the individual in this role will collect and present data from multiple sources and report this information to senior executives.

 

You are great at: 

 

  • Managing ongoing initiatives from end to end, acting as a program manager for multiple projects simultaneously.
  • Performing detailed reporting and root cause analysis on process issues discovered in day to day activities.
  • Analyzing and reporting on data in ways that lead to clear and actionable next steps.
  • Negotiating with senior management and functional leads across the business to ensure cross-functional interdependencies are addressed in any programs / plans, and that projects are appropriately resourced for successful execution.
  • Facilitating problem-solving within any given program and managing communication and acceptance of solutions with operational owners and other stakeholders.
  • Communicating overall status, issues, risks and outcomes to the Executive Sponsor, Business Owner(s) and Key Stakeholders.
  • Ensuring all documents and tools are kept up to date and that changes are communicated clearly, in a timely fashion.
  • Ability to analyze large amounts of disparate data and distill into succinct, actionable insights for business decision making, including your own recommendations.
  • Business operations knowledge.

What it takes:

•  5 to 7 years of business operations experience preferably in a professional services or managed services (Cloud) environment.

•  Experience managing multiple programs and projects both cross functionally, as well as remotely across various time zones.

•  Exceptionally well versed in the use of Office Applications including Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Project.

•  Proven experience building and establishing standard operating processes and training materials.

•  Ability to work effectively with senior and executive management.

•  Ability to navigate and manage in a matrix environment.

•  Project management methodologies – PMP certification or equivalent experience is an asset.

•  Experience reporting out of multiple source systems such as CRM (Salesforce.com), ERP (SAP), Professional Service Automation (PSA) (OpenAir and/or ChangePoint), Marketing (Eloqua), renewals, and other tools.
