YOUR IMPACT  Hybrid role- 3 days in Waterloo office and 2 days remote
The Renewals Project Manager will join a dynamic Renewals Business Practices team whose mission is to protect and grow recurring revenue through the development and enforcement of policies and controls and related initiatives.

Using strong interpersonal and analytical skills, the successful candidate will have the opportunity to contribute to business growth through analysis, project development, and governance in support of the company’s revenue goals. This role will partner closely with and drive alignment across Renewals, Channel, Sales, Support, Product, IT, and Operations colleagues.

Reporting to the Senior Director of Renewal Business Processes, the ideal candidate in this high-impact role is an experienced and extremely organized leader with an eye for detail and continuous improvement.


 WHAT THE ROLE OFFERS    

  • Leveraging department and corporate strategy, and company business practices and resources, to maximize revenue
  • Interpreting business requirements to convert to program deliverables, informing management & stakeholders of key issues and changes which may impact results & delivery
  • Analyzing situations, employing creative and effective decision making to solve problems and achieve results
  • Effectively engaging and building cooperative relationships with cross functional teams to drive alignment and optimal business outcomes
  • Providing input and guidance into the development of required system and reporting enhancements
  • Preparing and leading business reviews to the senior leadership team regarding progress and effectiveness of projects and programs.

 

WHAT YOU NEED TO SUCCEED

  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience
  • 5+ years in technology sales, renewals, or related operations and recent experience in a technology company
  • Good overall knowledge of technology and Enterprise Information Management market space, competitors, trends, and related industries
  • Strong business acumen, capable of developing and managing multiple strategic projects and plans with minimal supervision, including managing internal stakeholders.
  • Exceptional communication and presentation skills (both written and spoken) and strong listening skills
  • Comfortable dealing with complex business and technical problems. Solid issue and escalation management skills.
  • Detail oriented, proactive individual with excellent organizational and time management skills
  • Ability to navigate multiple systems and tools for comprehensive analysis
  • Proficiency in MS Office 365
