The Financial Analyst opportunity is a part of our Financial Planning & Analysis team.



The RPA and Reporting Developer is responsible to deliver successfully on various fronts.  First, generating standard and creating new, ad-hoc, value added reporting to measure performance across the Order to Cash organization that can be actioned for meaningful change.  The second key responsibility lies in automation of manual processes by leveraging robotic process automation solutions (RPA). 


  • Deliver Reporting and Automation Excellence on day to day and strategic, high impact projects across O2C and Opentext
  • Leverage internal and external stakeholders to identify and prioritize business process improvement initiatives across the organization with a focus on converting low value, repetitive tasks into automated ones
  • Take a hands-on approach to execute on automation best practices by highlighting insights through analysis
  • Work in a fast-paced and dynamic environment; utilize numerous formal and informal approaches to solving problems, managing risks, and documenting assumptions; communicate results and educate others through insightful visualizations, reports, and presentations.
  • Detailed reviews of reporting and/or automation business requirements and understanding delivery or solution feasibility and offering alternatives with a lens on efficiency
  • Support and interact with leadership and key partners to consult on developing business solutions.
  • Generate strategies and contribute to the overall reporting and automation vision through to execution of solutions while facilitating cross-functional team collaboration
  • Be a trusted and critical adviser to the leadership team and guide the business on best practices – technical and non-technical, strategy formulation, development, and execution of solutions



  • A Degree in Computer Science/Software Engineering
  • Education/Training and or exposure to programming for robotic process automation
  • Measuring the potential RPA opportunities/development of business cases and measuring post-implementation impacts
  • UiPath Programming and/or certification is an asset.
  • A strategic, hand on, technical problem-solver who can effectively influence business partners while holding a high degree of business insight.
  • A drive to deeply understand the Billing/Order to Cash Operations and arrive at reporting and automation solution that demonstrate impact and value to the organization.
  • A combination of hands-on systems/technical savviness with Excel/VBA/SQL/UI Path/RPA, strategy, billing operations, and strong partnering skills in a very fast paced environment.
  • Creative and out of the box thinker who can leverage process engineering and continuous improvement to solve complex business problems
  • Experience with delivering automated solutions to remove low value, manual tasks
  • Ability to influence direct and indirectly while build relationships with stakeholders across several organizations at various levels
  • Experience building reporting databases and running queries to extract requested information in a timely manner
  • Can see ahead of the curve and anticipate business needs to address shortcomings before they arise


Reporting Expertise Must Include:

  • Building data models in Excel
  • SQL and VBA
  • Excel with specific knowledge in Power Query and Power Pivot
  • ETL with SSIS experience​
  • Scripting knowledge VBS​
  • Batch file experience​​
  • Sharepoint
  • PowerBI
