Data Migration Lead (SAP Master Data)

The Opportunity:


This senior level leader will possess a strong work ethic, technical & functional experience and able to lead and do.  The Data Integration Lead will focus on leading M&A Data integrations/migrations into the IT-Enterprise Business Systems primary applications by:

  • Understanding End to End Process flows and use of all data objects across those flows and applications (Master Data and Transactional Data) across those flows
  • Lead reviews of process and data migration activities and impacts with Business Teams
  • Identify, manage, and coordinate key data dependencies across End-to-End Process Flow and Systems
  • Defining and managing the data inclusion standards/criteria for Data Migration activities across all process areas
  • Co-ordinate cross functional IT team execution plan for all end-to-end data migration activities


What you are great at:


  • Strong communication skills, written and oral 
  • Robust data architecture knowledge
  • Good organizational and facilitation skills
  • Experience leading cross functional teams
  • Extensive Process experience 
  • Strong understanding of business processes and leading systems supporting internal business leaders in Sales, Customer Support, Professional Services, Marketing, and Finance. 
  • The ability to work independently, as part of a team, and cross-functionally within the organization 
  • Ability to drive results through collaboration
  • SAP master data knowledge a plus
  • ServiceNow knowledge a plus but not a pre-requisite


What it takes to excel:


  • 10 plus years dealing in data and data manipulation
  • 10 plus years in managing projects and teams
  • Working knowledge of at least one database technology  e.g. T-SQL, PL/SQL etc.
  • Working knowledge of one or more data extraction tools e.g. CDATA
