YOUR IMPACT

This role is working in our Waterloo, ON office three days a week.

The AI PMO organization is pivotal in leading and delivering our new Gen AI solutions to grow the organization in collaboration with R&D, Sales, Marketing, Professional Services teams. As a Project Manager, reporting to the Vice-President, AI PMO, you will be instrumental throughout the implementations that not only enhance customer satisfaction but also support new business opportunities that drive revenue growth for OpenText.

As an AI Sr. Project Manager, you will play a pivotal role in delivering of complex AI solutions within our organization. You will collaborate closely with all business stakeholders and their teams to understand their unique challenges and identify opportunities where AI can deliver significant value to customers. Work with IT teams to implement Professional services usecases on adoption of our internal AI Tool and report on the status, KPIs.

The ideal candidate understands AI Fundamentals, drive AI usage, help with driving data analysis, data cleansing activities across AI offerings and have worked with senior leadership presenting Project updates along with their KPIs.

WHAT YOU NEED TO SUCCEED

• Strong project management skills and experience.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
• A collaborative and team-oriented mindset.
• A deep understanding of AI concepts, including machine learning and large language models.
• 8+ years of experience in a project management role with a focus on AI or data-driven initiatives.
• Proven ability to lead and manage complex projects from inception to completion.
• Understanding of AI concepts, including machine learning and large language models.
• Ability to create reports based on KPIs and communicate to SLT/ELT
• Experience in developing and executing project plans, including scope, timeline, budget, and resource allocation.
• Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, for effectively conveying technical information to both technical and non-technical audiences.
• Ability to foster a collaborative and innovative work environment.
• Proficiency in project management tools and methodologies (e.g., Agile, Scrum)
• Minimum BS CS or equivalent experience
• PMP Required
