We are currently seeking a Data and Reporting Analyst who is not only savvy at building dynamic, automated reports and dashboards but is also highly analytical and can take large sums of data and transform them into operational insights. Reporting to the Director of Enablement and Reporting, the candidate will be responsible for ensuring the reporting of billing metrics are timely and accurate. and support Billing’s mandate in operational excellence through best practice reporting.

You Are Great At:

• Responsible for preparing reporting for use by Department Heads and Executive Teams.  These reports will provide insight into the company’s billing, enablement, and fulfillment key metrics and will serve to assist in strategic decision-making and help shape the future mode of Order Enablement.
• Collaborate with several internal stakeholders to build out weekly, monthly, and quarterly billing forecasts with thorough analysis
• Analyze and know your numbers.  Be well prepared to answer why results have improved or declined compared to previous periods and what we’re doing to address shortfalls.
• Work with peers to gather data insights and put forward recommendations to improve billing operations procedures/methods which ultimately delivers on improvements to key metrics.
• Deliver reporting automation for standard weekly/monthly/quarterly cadences.
• Build reporting dashboards to provide a near to real-time view of performance metrics
• Partner and assist internal stakeholders with ad hoc report requirements and fulfillment of their requests

What It Takes: 

• Minimum 4 years experience in reporting and analysis

• Proven ability with SAP and Salesforce
• Expert-level Excel, Power BI, and reporting skills.  Can build complex macros to drive reporting automation.  Can build Excel Slicers, Pivot Tables and work with large quantities of data

• Analytics expertise – Can crunch numbers and explain outcomes and impacts to all levels of the organization
• Excellent attention to detail and strong analytical ability
• Basic working knowledge of revenue recognition principles
• Demonstrated ability to present ideas logically and concisely to stakeholders at all organizational levels, both verbally and in writing
• Ability to work under pressure, meet tight deadlines, and work on and prioritize various deliverables
• Demonstrated ability to drive a culture of learning amongst your peers and other stakeholder groups on Order Enablement analytics and best practice

• Education:
• University degree in Accounting, Business, Economics, Computer Science or related field
