To help develop our business, we are looking for a Senior Revenue Operations Analyst with strong organization, collaboration and communication skills. Working in an international environment, you will be a key business partner, responsible for supporting the Sales across our Portfolio sales organization.  *** Hybrid role- 3 days in waterloo office and 2 days remote**

 

Your Impact:

In your role, you will execute multiple key business processes to ensure sales productivity, positive customer experience and efficient execution of business operations. Your activities will range from yearly business planning to on-going pipeline management discipline, forecasting, sales reporting and business analytics.

You will work closely with the Portfolio Sales Operations Manager and the Portfolio Sales teams, and strongly collaborate with your colleagues in the other operations teams as well as other functions such as Finance, Sales Compensation, Human Resources, and Marketing.  

You will work at the interaction of multiple processes and functions, in a multi-cultural landscape, building in depth business understanding. The conjunction of these elements together with a fast-evolving environment will allow you to grow your Opentext career in multiple directions.   

 

What the role offers:

- forecasting: partner with the sales leader and his teams to accurately drive and predict business for the current and next quarters.

- pipeline management: support the business cadence, ensuring adequate pipeline hygiene and sufficient pipeline coverage is reached for the future.

- yearly planning: partner with the sales leader to establish the financial plan, resource deployment, account assignments, and quota setting for the teams for the year to come.

- business analytics: provide business insights for quarterly business reviews and other ad-hoc initiatives.

- business support: partner with Finance, HR, Sales Compensation, etc. to tactically cover all needs that arise from the business.

 

What you need to succeed

- Interest and curiosity in business as well as affinity with sales processes & tools
- Team player enjoying contributing to sales achievement in a highly competitive business environment 
- Advanced Microsoft Excel competencies  with an analytic mindset and sound judgment
- Detail oriented with ability to consistently produce a high level of accuracy
- Fluent in English with an effective communication skills to all levels within the organization
- Able to grasp and communicate relationship between processes and systems
- Able to work independently, successfully execute complex assignments in a changing environment, correctly setting expectations with all stakeholders in project

-3 years+ of experience in a similar function *sales experience preferred

-Degree in Business or Economics
