Primary responsibilities include, but are not limited to:

 

  • Develop, implement, and maintain identity and access management solutions and systems, including patching, upgrading, and monitoring for potential issues to minimize risk of potential downtime.
  • Troubleshoot, identify, and resolve technical identity and access management related issues.
  • Improve identity and access management solutions and systems for protection against evolving threats and improve efficiency.
  • Collaborate with the business to leverage the Identity and Access Management system functionality to improve business processes.
  • Act as subject matter expert and coach/mentor other members of the organization on identity and access management best practices.
  • Provide operational support to end users and business partners.
  • Work with product engineering to fix discovered defects or add product enhancements as business needs dictate.
  • Author technical documentation including knowledge articles for internal use.

 

Knowledge and Skills: 

  • Bachelor’s degree in IT, information security, computer science, or a related field.
  • 5+ years of administration experience. Alternatively, candidate may possess an equivalent combination of relevant professional experience and education.
  • Experience with NetIQ Access Manager is a must.
  • Experience with Identity Manager, Advanced Authentication, and Single Sign-on Password Reset preferred.
  • AWS and GCP knowledge/experience is a plus.
  • Extensive knowledge and experience with identity and access management technology, such as single sign-on (SSO), two-factor authentication, privileged access management, etc
  • Strong understanding of TCP/IP, HTTP, SSL, SAML, OAuth, DNS, and XML.
  • Knowledge of Apache/Tomcat web servers.
  • Familiarity with Linux/Unix systems.
  • Understanding of Active Directory/eDirectory LDAP.
  • Experience with capturing and interpreting HTTP header and TCP/IP traces.
