OpenText is looking for strong candidate to be part of a diverse team responsible for technical implementation and ongoing management of our SuccessFactors system.  The SuccessFactors Senior Analyst will be responsible for the maintenance and improvement of multiple areas within the SuccessFactors at OpenText. 

This candidate will be an integral part of the Open Text IT Enterprise Business Systems organization while partnering with the HR organization to deliver reporting solutions to meet business needs. 




The SuccessFactors Senior Analyst will have the following responsibilities:   

  • Work with the HR and IT teams and be responsible for the maintenance and improvement of the Employee Central module within the SAP SuccessFactors suite
  • Leverage best practice technology solutions to continually upgrade and improve the implemented SuccessFactors suite. Particularly Employee Central, Compensation, and EC Global Benefits
  • Act as the functional SME for these modules, partnering with the technical developers to understand business requirements, advise on best practices, propose relevant solutions, and configure the system
  • Provide ongoing technical expertise and operational consultation on system functionality, system upgrades, and configuration
  • Work with SAP SFSF to create and resolve incidents for the business
  • Act as the system owner for Nakisa Hanelly and its integration with SuccessFactors, as well as other integrated systems.




Required Technical and Professional Expertise

  • Minimum 3 years’ experience in SuccessFactors Employee Central, Compensation, and EC Global Benefits (optional but a strong plus). Experience in other modules would be beneficial.
  • Has experience with full cycle (end-to-end) implementations of SuccessFactors Employee Central
  • Good understanding of HR specific business processes 
  • Self-starter that is capable of working effectively as part of a team; in-person and remotely
  • Strong skills, including analytical thinking, problem solving, and superior communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills
  • Training in other modules of SuccessFactors HCM suite
  • Previous employment in a Human Resources-related capacity; technical roles in integration Payroll, Recruiting and Compensation are a strong plus
  • Previous experience with Nakisa Hanelly a strong plus
