Job Summary


Technical Support Project Manager III will provide guidance and direction for Business Networks Automation & Support Projects.  They will interface with All levels of Support, Professional Services, Alert teams, Product Development and Operations to ensure that the requested automations will achieve the desired results while maintaining scalability across the platforms.


Job Duties


- Able to coordinate with client, Professional Services teams, Operations, and Engineering people in order to define Project Manage Automations projects as well as any internal infrastructurs projects as needed. 

- Able to review and translate internal and external customer use cases into detailed technical requirements. 

- Document support processes, including the preparation of reports, creation or evaluation of proposals and acting as a point of contact for various external groups.

- Participate in all technical aspects of team deliverables including quality, performance, maintainability and scalability

- Carry out research, including the analysis, collection and collation of primary and secondary data for the purposes of informaing strategic and operational decisions, as well as specific research projects as requested by management

- Support various projects by contributing to process and direction, primarily by participating in cross-functional projects and meetings

-Attend and schedule meetings as required to communicate status in standard project reporting formats



Key Requirements


- College/University graduate of a 4-Year technical degree (e.g computer science) preferred; for graduates of non-IT related courses, a 4-year degree and a strong technical sptitude is required. 

- Must demonstrate very good problem solving, analytical and organizational skills

- Must demonstrate effective English communication skills and the capability of delivering technical solutions to customers who may or may not be EDI savvy 

- PMP designation considered an assett

- Understanding on Service Now & SNOW workflows: strong understanding of SNOW best practices & ongoing knowledge of security integrity, access controls, data imports, workflows, UI policies, notifications, reporting, service portal, Etc. 

- Knowledgeable on JAVE & Scripting

- Understanding of EDI processes; EDI knowledge preferred

- Understanding of ITIL processes, ITIL certified preferred
