Senior Videographer/Animator

The Opportunity:


This hands-on multi-disciplinary role is responsible for the creation and development of video productions across the organization, from writing creative briefs through to distribution and execution on progressive video campaigns.

You Are Great At:


  • Working with creative briefs to develop concept pitches and production plans
  • Planning and coordinating productions from single day global shoots to multi-day productions involving actors, to compelling event experiences
  • Work closely alongside Creative Director and Manager – Video Marketing to ensure all productions stay on-track and on-brand
  • Building production plans, writing scripts, and managing budgets
  • Taking complex technical ideas and translating them into compelling marketing assets
  • Editing and animating a variety of projects from interviews to explainer videos, to campaign advertisements
  • Working closely with executive clients to deliver on company objectives and visions


What It Takes:


  • 6-8+ years experience in video production or a creative marketing role
  • Experience leading teams on set and in productions
  • Demonstrated success as a creative contributor – knows how to turn content into story
  • Turn briefs into compelling content that drives campaigns
  • Understands brand and content marketing
  • Can both produce, and execute on the technical side of video productions
  • Has experience working in the tech industry or a similar field
  • Advanced knowledge of the Adobe Creative Suite and prosumer videography equipment
  • Excellent script and content writing skills
  • Develops content with all stages of marketing journey in mind (web, advertisting, social, paid)
  • Lead, inspire, and challenge team members to produce their best work
  • Ability to work overtime, weekend and/shift hours in addition to or other than the average workday when required

  • Can strongly share and communicate project vision
