THE OPPORTUNITY:
We are looking for a Web Analytics Manager to join our team and be responsible for collecting, analyzing, and reporting on website data to help understand our website visitors and improve the effectiveness of our Web Programs through data-driven decisions. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of web analytics tools and techniques, as well as the ability to communicate complex data in a clear and concise way. You will collaborate closely with stakeholders across the business to provide insight into areas such as, but not limited to, website analytics, SEO performance, heat maps and A/B testing.
YOU ARE GREAT AT:
- Collecting, analyzing, and reporting on web data using a variety of analytics tools and technologies
- Identifying trends and patterns in web traffic and user behavior that are translated into actionable insights
- Developing and implementing analytics strategies to improve website performance and achieve marketing goals
- Working with the marketing team to understand their business needs and how analytics can be used to support those needs
- Creating and delivering presentations and reports to communicate analytics findings to stakeholders
- Staying up-to-date on the latest web analytics trends and technologies
WHAT IT TAKES:
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field
- Highly proficient with Google Analytics 4 and Google Looker Studio
- Experience with A/B testing and conversion rate optimization
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
- Ability to communicate complex technical information in a clear and concise manner
- Strong communication and presentation abilities
- Detail-oriented with the ability to handle multiple tasks and meet deadlines
- Knowledge of SEM Rush is a plus
