Our Finance Academy is a university graduate program founded in 2019 by our CFO, Madhu Ranganathan, who recognizes the talent and tech-driven approach of today's graduates. Madhu created this program to provide meaningful opportunities for new graduates to thrive in an engaging and growth-focused environment, where you can apply your knowledge, expand your skills, and develop into the next wave of finance leaders. 

The program is open to new graduates in Canada and Romania interested in joining a world-class Finance team at OpenText.
